Please be informed that during the April 2025 billing cycle, a Php20.00 maintenance fee was inadvertently charged to some concessionaires, particularly those in Zone 085, Purok 6, Brgy. Villa Kananga.
The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
• For those who have already paid their bills: The necessary adjustments have already been processed.
• For those who have not yet paid: The correction will be automatically reflected in your next billing statement.
• For those who wish to pay Php10.00 or have already paid Php10.00 for the maintenance fee: This is acceptable.
