Please be informed that the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will be closed during the holiday season.
• December 30, 2024 (Monday) from 7:30 A.M. – 05:00 P.M.:
• December 31, 2024 (Tuesday) from 7:30 A.M. – 05:00 P.M.; and
• January 1, 2025 (Wednesday) from 7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
There will be no disconnections on holidays. Disconnection activities will resume on January 2, 2025.

Please be advised that the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will enforce permanent disconnection of inactive accounts starting January 2025 per BCWD Board Resolution No. 0061-2024 dated September 9, 2024. Inactive Accounts for permanent disconnection are those water service connections which were disconnected for more than six (6) months.
