BCWD UPDATE: Butuan City Water District (BCWD) reminds concessionaires that there is no collection on Saturdays at its office

In compensation for the closed schedule during Saturdays and Sundays, there is no disconnection during Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to provide concessionaires the opportunity to settle their accounts. To avoid inconvenience, concessionaires are advised to pay their bills ahead of time.
Concessionaires may also pay their water bill through GCash App, Maya App and ECPay Merchant Partners which include all outlets of RD Pawnshop and 7/11. For those paying through GCash App and Maya App, please be reminded that you need to pay four (4) days before your due date. You may check other ECPay Merchant Partners through its official website.
Concessionaires are also reminded that they can also check their water bills through online billing. Please access the online billing services of BCWD at its official website.
