BCWD IMPLEMENTS NEW SCHEDULE FOR REOPEN OF WATER CONNECTION (PADLOCK)

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will implement a new schedule for the reopening of water connections that have been disconnected and secured with a padlock, effective February 26, 2024. BCWD has established a cut-off time for payments for same-day reconnections, which will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. only. Payments for reconnection made after the cut-off time will result in the reopening being scheduled for the next business day (Monday-Friday) after the payment has been processed.
