Normin-NRMC Caraga Ranks 4th in the 9th PAWD Tap and Drill Skills Olympics

Northern Mindanao - Natural Resources Management Council (NorMin-NRMC) Caraga, represented by Rex De Guzman and Engr. Bernie Casimsiman with Engr. Germanico Pactol as coach from Butuan City Water District (BCWD), ranked 4th in the recently concluded 9th PAWD Tap and Drill Skills Olympics held in Cebu City.
Placed 3rd was Lacarlota Water District, on 2nd place was Tagum Water District, and declared champion was Kidapawan Water District. They all represented their respective regional associations.
Participated in by regional winners of the Tap and Drill Skills Olympics, the PAWD Tap and Drill Skills Olympics is an annual competition being conducted by the Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) to continuously improve the plumbing skills of the water districts' plumber-employees.
The 9th PAWD Tap and Drill Skills Olympics is one of the highlights of the 43rd PAWD National Convention, hosted by MCWD from June 15 to 17, 2022 at Waterfront Hotel in Lahug, Cebu City.
