BCWD ADVISORY BCWD UPDATES ON CALL CENTER SERVICES (as of January 4, 2022)

The Butuan City Water District’s (BCWD) Call Center Services is now open 24 hours starting January 3, 2021. If any BCWD concessionaire wishes to make a call, BCWD’s Call Center is available 24 hours from Mondays to Saturdays and 1:00PM – 9:00PM on Sundays to cater to customer concerns.
BCWD’s Call Center can be reached through landline numbers (085) 3423145; 3423146; 3416373 and 3416374 or through mobile numbers 09189304234 or 09171888726. Concessionaires may also send their concerns through its official Facebook Page – Butuan City Water District or email at bcwd_pr@yahoo.com.
Customers may experience line congestion or delayed answering of calls. Please bear with us since BCWD only has a few staff available for the Call Center.
Report all significant water losses (broken pipes, open hydrants, etc.) to BCWD so that it can be repaired immediately.
