The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) extends its Call Center Services up to 2:00 A.M. If any BCWD concessionaire wishes to make a call from 8:00 P.M. up to 2:00 A.M. from Mondays – Saturdays and 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M., Sundays, BCWD’s Call Center is now available to accept your calls on the said schedule.
BCWD’s Call Center is now available to cater to concessionaire’s concerns Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. and from 1:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. on Sundays through landline numbers (085) 3423145; 3423146; 3416373 and 3416374 or through mobile numbers 09189304234 or 09171888726. Concessionaires may also send their concerns through its official Facebook Page – Butuan City Water District or email at bcwd_pr@yahoo.com.
Customers may experience line congestion or delayed answering of calls. Please bear with us since BCWD only has a few staff available for the Call Center.
