BCWD partners with ECPay for water bill payment
The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) partners with Electronic Commerce Payments Inc. (ECPay), the leading electronic payment service provider in the Philippines, for bills payment of its concessionaires. This move by BCWD is another one of its solution for avoiding congestion at the BCWD Administration Building.
Effective today, November 4, 2020, BCWD wishes to inform the consuming public with current water bills that they may also pay their bills at any ECPay Merchant Partners. Please be reminded that only those with current bill or BLUE BILL can pay in the ECPay Merchant Partners and BCWD Collecting Centers. RED BILLS should be paid in BCWD’s main office only. ECPay Merchant Partners include all outlets of RD Pawnshop and 7/11. You may check other ECPay Merchant Partners through its official website.
