BCWD encourages concessionaires to follow the color coding of the quarantine pass issued by the barangay in paying water bills

As almost the entire Butuan City will turn to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) from Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) on May 16, 2020, it is expected that paying concessionaires will troop to the BCWD Collection Area starting May 18, 2020 when BCWD will start implementing its New Normal Operation (NNO).
