BCWD EXTENDS NO DISCONNECTION AND WAIVING OF SURCHARGES AND PENALTIES
With the declaration of Butuan City under Enhanced Community Quarantine and President Rodrigo Duterete’s declaration of extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon up to April 30, 2020, the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) wishes to inform its consuming public that BCWD will continue with the EXTENDED PAYMENT PERIOD and NO SURCHARGES OR PENALTIES for water bills until resumption of its normal operations or until April 30, 2020. Disconnection of water services is still temporarily suspended also until upon resumption of the normal operations of BCWD. This decision is made to avoid congestion at the BCWD Administration Building.
BCWD will still accept payment every Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 4:30PM for those who wish to pay their water bills.
Concessionaires are also reminded that BCWD is only implementing online billing. For concessionaires to be updated in their current billing, please access the online billing services of BCWD at its official website www.bcwd.gov.ph/obi/.
