Butuan City Water District (BCWD) is set to conduct beta testing for its new e-bill from March 15 to 26, 2025, with selected concessionaires.
BCWD e-bill is an innovative solution aimed at improving the billing delivery process. During the testing phase, concessionaires with a registered email address in BCWD’s database will receive their March 2025 billing statement summary via email, along with their e-bill attachment.

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) completed the repair of the damaged 8-inch diameter distribution line UPVC pipe in P3B New Ora Road, Brgy. Baan KM3, Butuan City around 4:50 P.M.
Build-up of water pressure has already been completed and normal water pressure has been restored in the affected areas.
