BCWD ADVISORY | BCWD to Conduct Beta Testing for E-Bill

Butuan City Water District (BCWD) is set to conduct beta testing for its new e-bill from March 15 to 26, 2025, with selected concessionaires.
BCWD e-bill is an innovative solution aimed at improving the billing delivery process. During the testing phase, concessionaires with a registered email address in BCWD’s database will receive their March 2025 billing statement summary via email, along with their e-bill attachment.
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback on the system’s functionality, usability, and any errors encountered. Their insights will help BCWD identify and address any issues, ensuring a seamless experience before the system is officially launched. Necessary adjustments and bug fixes will be made based on the feedback received.
If the beta testing proves successful, the BCWD e-bill will be officially launched during BCWD’s Anniversary Celebration on April 1, 2025.
Concessionaires who want to receive their BCWD e-bill should sign-up with BCWD On-line Billing Inquiry (OBI) by following the link: https://bcwd.gov.ph/obi/signup.php or by scanning the QR Code.
BCWD emphasizes that the e-bill will not replace manual bill handling but will serve as a supplemental service for added convenience.
