In March 2025, BCWD will utilize the remaining stock of red bill papers to print current bills and bills with arrears, allowing us to make the most of our existing resources. We advise concessionaires with current accounts to disregard the color of the bills; your accounts remain in good standing regardless of the bill color.
The red bills will continue to be used until our supply runs out, after which we will revert to the blue bills exclusively. This change is part of our efforts to streamline our processes and enhance cost-effectiveness.
