BCWD ADVISORY (09/29/2023) BRGY. SAN VICENTE EXPERIENCES IMPROVED WATER SUPPLY

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) has improved its water supply to Barangay San Vicente Proper with an average pressure of 4.87psi since the substantial completion of its relocation of the 10-inch diameter steel pipeline at the bridge near the COA Regional Office, Brgy. Villa Kananga last September 21, 2023.
Water pressure monitoring was conducted to gauge the improvement of BCWD’s water supply to the area. Brgy. San Vicente Proper recorded a water pressure ranging from 1.72psi to 10.02psi last September 24, 2023 indicating that Brgy. San Vicente Proper has improved water supply all throughout the day compared to the statistics last September 20, 2023 wherein water pressure at Brgy. San Vicente Proper only ranges from 1.04psi to 6.66psi the entire day.
In the meantime, pressure monitoring in New Horizon Subdivision of Brgy. San Vicente also reflected improvements as the area showed available water supply for six (6) hours starting at 11:00P.M. to 5:00A.M. last September 24, 2023 compared to the figures last September 20, 2023 wherein residents of New Horizon Subdivision only experienced two (2) hours of water supply.
Rest assured that BCWD will not stop in finding ways to improve its services to its customers.
The Call Center Services of BCWD is also available 24 hours from Mondays to Saturdays and from 8:00AM-5:00PM during Sundays. For any water quality problem in the area, customers may report it to BCWD’s Call Center.
