Areas Affected : Entire Purok 3 Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City will have no water
Concessionaires are advised to store water to meet domestic needs.
You are further advised not to use water while maintenance works are being undertaken, as water is turbid.
Meanwhile, concessionaires can check their water bills by accessing the online billing inquiry services at www.bcwd.gov.ph/obi/.
For those applying for new service connection, access the online application and orientation at www.bcwd.gov.ph/nsc/ to minimize the congestion of people visiting the office of BCWD.
