ADVISORY NEW SCHEDULE FOR BCWD’S OPLAN SAG-OB (As of April 30, 2026; 2:00 PM)

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) informs all concessionaires of the updated schedule for Oplan Sag-Ob effective April 30, 2026 at the following stations:
Schedule of Operation:
Pump Station No. 1 at Alviola, Brgy. Baan Km 3
• 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Residential Consumers)
Barangay Buhangin Station
• 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Residential Consumers)
BCWD concessionaires may fetch water at either station in accordance with the Oplan Sag-Ob schedule, subject to the following guidelines:
1. Maximum of one (1) cubic meter per account per day or one (1) fetch per day to ensure fair access and avoid congestion.
2. Concessionaires must present any of the following:
o Updated Statement of Account (Active)
o Updated Water Bill or Official Receipt
3. Only the registered account holder or authorized representative may transact at the station.
4. Inactive accounts must first undergo reactivation at the BCWD Commercial Office before availing of the program.
BCWD also advises concessionaires in areas with available running water to store an adequate supply while water service is still accessible.
As a health precaution, all water collected from tanks or containers must be boiled before drinking or cooking.
BCWD continues to closely coordinate with TASC regarding updates on bulk water production and overall supply conditions. Due to the ongoing dry spell affecting the Taguibo River, all concessionaires are strongly encouraged to practice water conservation at all times.
