HOLIDAY ADVISORY (March 31, 2026) UPDATED BCWD SCHEDULE FOR THE HOLY WEEK

Please be informed of the working arrangement of the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines dated March 31, 2026, which suspends work in all government offices on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) from 12:00PM in the afternoon onwards to allow government employees to travel to and from the different regions in the country.
In view of this declaration, BCWD offices will be CLOSED during the Holy Week on the following dates:
• April 1, 2026 (Holy Wednesday) – 12:00 P.M to 6:00 P.M
• April 2, 2026 (Maundy Thursday) – 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
• April 3, 2026 (Good Friday) – 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Please note that a skeletal workforce will remain on duty to ensure the continuity of essential operations during the holidays.
Concessionaires whose due dates fall on the above-mentioned dates are advised to pay their bills in advance to avoid inconvenience. No disconnections will be conducted during holidays.
Concessionaires may pay their water bills at the following BCWD-accredited collecting centers:
1. Berry Happy Mart (Pizarro St., Brgy. J.P. Rizal)
2. C5 Hardware (S1 Cassion Building, near Rosewood Plains Subdivision, Villa Kananga)
3. Cecile’s Ticketing Services (National Highway, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City)
4. JPL Bayad Center (near Ampayon Public Market, Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City)
5. TAM Payment and Remittance Center (Unit 1, Wing-On Corporate Building, Brgy. Holy Redeemer)
6. RG Foods and General Merchandise (near Butuan Central Elementary School)
7. The SM Store
Concessionaires may also pay through the GCash App, PayMaya App, and ECPay Merchant Partners, including all RD Pawnshop and 7-Eleven outlets. For payments via GCash and PayMaya, please ensure that payment is made at least four (4) days before the due date. A complete list of ECPay Merchant Partners may be viewed on the official ECPay website.
For those applying for new water connection, you are encouraged to access the online application and orientation for new connection at the BCWD official website.
Concessionaires are also reminded that they can also check their water bills through online billing. For concessionaires to be updated in their current billing, please access the online billing services of BCWD at its official website.
