The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will implement a Flexible Work Arrangement effective Monday, March 16, 2026 as part of its operational efficiency and energy conservation initiatives.
Office Schedule
• Administrative Offices: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with 1-hour break)
• Customer & Billing Services: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Collection Services: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Technical Operations
Technical teams responsible for water supply operations, repairs, and maintenance will continue to operate seven (7) days a week to ensure uninterrupted water services.
The BCWD Call Center will also maintain its regular seven-day schedule.
BCWD remains committed to providing continuous and reliable water services to all consumers. This temporary work arrangement is implemented pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 of the Office of the President of the Philippines, directing government agencies and GOCCs to adopt strict energy conservation protocols.
