Notice of something unusual with your water today? Due to the recent heavy rainfall brought about by Tropical Storm Basyang, the bulk water provider of the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) temporarily reduced supply (earlier) as a precautionary safety measure to ensure water quality standards were maintained.
The Current Status: Supply levels are recovering and returning to normal and our main reservoir and distribution lines remain fully stable. You may notice slight cloudiness as the lines repressurize. This is temporary and localized.
