BCWD UPDATE BCWD REMAINS CLOSED DUE TO TROPICAL STORM BASYANG (February 6, 2026; 5:00 AM)

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) remains closed as operations are still suspended due to Tropical Storm Basyang. In this regard, BCWD informs its concessionaires that it will not be open to accept payments today, Friday, February 6, 2026, until further notice.
To ensure the continuous supply of water, skeletal forces such as BCWD field personnel will continue to report for duty and provide necessary services to concessionaires. BCWD Call Center Services will also remain operational to receive calls and address concerns.
BCWD’s Call Center can be reached through landline numbers (085) 8176635 and 8176736 or through mobile numbers 09189304234 or 09171888726. Concessionaires may also send their concerns through its official Facebook Page - Butuan City Water District or email at bcwd_pr@yahoo.com.
Please note that customers may experience line congestion or delayed responses due to limited Call Center personnel. We kindly ask for your understanding.
