The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) is suspending its operations due to Tropical Storm Basyang. As such BCWD would like to inform its consuming public that it will not be open to serve paying concessionaires starting today, Thursday, February 5, 2026, 2:00 P.M until further notice.
To ensure continuous supply of water, BCWD’s field personnel will continue to work and provide service to its concessionaires. Also available will be the BCWD Call Center Services to cater to calls and complaints.
BCWD’s Call Center can be reached through landline numbers: 8176635, 09189304234, or 09171888726. Concessionaires may also send their concerns through its official Facebook Page – Butuan City Water District or email at bcwd_pr@yahoo.com.
Customers may experience line congestion or delayed answering of calls. Please bear with us since BCWD only has a few staff available for the Call Center.
