The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) reminds all concessionaires that complaints and service concerns must be submitted with complete details and the proper identity of the complainants. Anonymous complaints cannot be processed, as proper verification is essential to ensure reliable and equitable water service. Rest assured, BCWD is taking immediate and appropriate actions to address all validly filed concerns.
Submission of Complete Details
To help us accurately assess your concern and provide timely assistance, all complainants are requested to submit the following information when filing a report:
• Full Name of the Concessionaire
• BCWD Account Number
• Service Address / Exact Location
• Specific Nature of Complaint (e.g., low pressure, no water, meter issues, billing concerns, water quality, etc.)
• Preferred Contact Number
Complete information enables BCWD to verify your account, trace the cause of the issue, and respond promptly and correctly.
Individual Investigation of Complaints
While some service issues may appear widespread, BCWD conducts individual inspections and investigations for every reported case to ensure:
• Proper evaluation of each concern,
• Accurate identification of the root cause, and
• A tailor-fitted resolution depending on the specific condition of the household, pipeline, service line, or area.
