ADVISORY BCWD Office Closure Due to Recent Earthquake (October 10, 2025 | 10:30 AM)

The Butuan City Water District (BCWD) informs the public that its office will be closed today, October 10, 2025 (Friday) in response to the recent earthquake that affected Butuan City for the peace of mind of both the customers and employees.
This closure is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and peace of mind of both employees and concessionaires while the building and facilities undergo inspection and assessment.
Please take note of the following:
* No water service disconnections will be carried out during the closure.
* Fieldworks is still available to cater to repairs and customer requests today, October 10, 2025 while the rest of the employees will work from home.
* Due dates for payments will be extended until office operations resume on Monday, October 13, 2025.
* If the situation improves, BCWD will be open on Saturday, October 11, 2025 (8:00AM -12:00NN). The collection will be open to accept payments for reconnection only and fieldworkers will be available. The rest of the paying concessionaires will be catered on Monday, October 13, 2025, upon resumption of regular business hours.
