WE ARE CLOSED ON AUGUST 21, 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) HOLIDAY IN OBSERVANCE OF NINOY AQUINO DAY & ON AUGUST 25, 2025, A REGULAR HOLIDAY IN OBSERVANCE OF NATIONAL HEROES DAY
Please be informed that the Butuan City Water District (BCWD) will not be open to serve paying concessionaires on the following:
• August 21, 2025 (Thursday) from 7:30 A.M – 05:00 P.M. Collection at the BCWD Administration Building will resume on August 22, 2025 (Friday); and
• August 25, 2025 (Monday) from 7:30 A.M – 5:00 P.M. Collection at the BCWD Administration Building will resume on August 26, 2025 (Tuesday).
BCWD’s skeletal force remains on duty to ensure that essential operations continue during holidays.
Concessionaires may pay their bills in the following BCWD Collecting Centers:
1. Berry Happy Mart (Pizarro St., Brgy. J.P. Rizal);
2. C5 Hardware (S1 Cassion Building, near Rosewood Plains Subdivision, Villa Kananga);
3. Cecile’s Ticketing Services (National Highway, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City);
4. JPL Bayad Center (Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City near Public Market);
5. TAM Payment and Remittance Center (Unit 1 Wing-on Corporate Building, Brgy. Holy Redeemer);
6. RG Foods and General Merchandise (near Butuan Central Elementary School); and
7. The SM Store.
Concessionaires may also pay their water bill through GCASH App, PAYMAYA App and ECPay Merchant Partners which include all outlets of RD Pawnshop and 7/11. For those paying through GCASH App and PAYMAYA App, please be reminded that you need to pay four (4) days before your due date. You may check other ECPay Merchant Partners through its official website
For those applying for new water connection, you are encouraged to access the online application and orientation for new connection at the BCWD official website.
Concessionaires are also reminded that they can also check their water bills through online billing. For concessionaires to be updated in their current billing, please access the online billing services of BCWD official website or you may register in BCWD’s E-Bill platform.
