ADVISORY COLLECTION NOTICE (August 18, 2025)

Please be informed that the cut-off time for collection on August 19, 2025 will up to 3:30 PM due to the scheduled BCWD Employees General Assembly.
BCWD requests all concessionaires to settle any payments or related transactions before the cut-off time to avoid any inconvenience. Concessionaires may pay their bills in BCWD Collecting Centers.
Accredited BCWD Collecting Centers are the following:
1. Berry Happy Mart (Pizarro St., Brgy. J.P. Rizal)
2. C5 Hardware (S1 Cassion Building, near Rosewood Plains Subdivision, Villa Kananga)
3. Cecile’s Ticketing Services (National Highway, Brgy. Libertad, Butuan City)
4. JPL Bayad Center (Brgy. Ampayon, Butuan City near Public Market)
5. TAM Payment and Remittance Center (Unit 1 Wing-on Corporate Building, Brgy. Holy Redeemer);
6. RG Foods and General Merchandise (near Butuan Central Elementary School); and
7. The SM Store
Concessionaires may also pay their water bill through GCASH App, PAYMAYA App and ECPay Merchant Partners which include all outlets of RD Pawnshop and 7/11. For those paying through GCASH App and PAYMAYA App, please be reminded that you need to pay four (4) days before your due date. You may check other ECPay Merchant Partners through its official website.
Concessionaires are also reminded that they can also check their water bills through online billing. For concessionaires to be updated in their current billing, please access the online billing services of BCWD official website.
